The history of the American Red Cross can be traced back a long time ago. From the initial small-scale rescue operations to the huge network across the country and even the world today, it has always adhered to the seven basic principles of "humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, and universality". These principles are like a beacon, guiding them to remain impartial and selfless in every rescue operation and provide assistance to those who need help most.
Their first aid training courses are really super practical! I myself participated in their CPR training, which was a very memorable experience. The trainer not only explained each operation step in detail, but also let us practice it repeatedly on the manikin. From judging the patient's consciousness, the position and frequency of chest compressions, to the skills of artificial respiration, every detail was not missed. Through this training, I really feel that I have mastered a skill that can save lives, and I have become more confident and secure in life. Whether at home, at school or in a public place, if I encounter an emergency, I believe I can respond calmly and provide timely and effective help to others.
Training Features:
In today's society, the aging population is accelerating, the number of patients with chronic diseases is increasing, and the demand for medical care services is growing rapidly. As the foundation of the medical care system, CNAs have a variety of employment opportunities. Whether it is a hospital, nursing home, rehabilitation center or home care agency, there is a continuous demand for CNAs. They are responsible for assisting registered nurses in completing daily care work for patients, such as measuring vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, breathing), helping patients wash, eat, and move, etc. These seemingly simple tasks have a profound impact on patients' recovery and quality of life. Moreover, becoming a CNA is a good starting point for entering the medical industry, and lays a solid practical foundation for subsequent career development, such as promotion to a registered nurse (RN) or a licensed practical nurse (LPN).
In addition to educational funding to help obtain an LPN diploma/license, the salary and benefits are quite competitive, comprehensive insurance covers health, life, dental and disability insurance, and some employees may also enjoy relocation opportunities. With 640 branches in 43 states, it provides the flexibility to live and work in communities across the country.
Here, experienced nursing professionals work together. They not only provide daily work support, but also provide guidance in career development. The spirit of teamwork is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, helping employees grow rapidly.
As an CNA, you can serve as a head nurse, health and wellness director, regional case manager, district nurse, department nurse and other roles. With the accumulation of experience and professional certification, the path to promotion is broad.
