Job Title: Pool Installer
Job Description
As a Pool Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of custom pool projects for our clients. You will work closely with experienced project managers and the installation team to ensure efficient, professional pool installation while maintaining high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist project managers with pool preparation work, excavation, and infrastructure installation.
-Install pool equipment such as filtration systems, heating units, pool plumbing, etc.
-Ensure the correct installation of all equipment and complete pool structure installation according to design plans.
-Maintain tools and equipment to ensure their proper working condition.
-Communicate with customers and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
-Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of experience in pool installation or a related field.
-Background in construction or landscape engineering is preferred.
-Familiarity with using various installation tools and equipment (e.g., excavators, welding equipment, etc.).
-Strong team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Attention to detail with the ability to follow design plans precisely.
-Ability to work outdoors and maintain good physical stamina.
-Open to applicants of all ages, including those over 50 with relevant experience.
-Legally eligible to work in the United States.
