As driver Eddie Frutchey said on Black Friday, "Today is pretty much the busiest day of the year, I think." On this day, their shelves look full because it is one of the most important donation days of the year.Stores empty their Thanksgiving ware shelves and set up for Christmas, resulting in a flood of donated food. Food bank employees are out collecting donated food from partner stores like Costco, Sam's Club, and Bel Air to fill the warehouse back up.
